Return Policy

If you are having problem with our services:

1. Please use the contact us form to request support or write a email to us at info@detecvision.com

2. We have a 15 days support for each website or services we design or developed or provide. From the date the website will be live there will be 15 days support and if anything is not working with the scope of the project we will fix that without any extra cost.

3. If 15 days support will be over and client want us to fix anything on the website that will be a extra fixed cost based on the work or hourly charges as per mutual understand or our base hourly $15 per hour price.

4. If there is any project in between and client want to withdraw the project from his side due to any reason client has to pay a 25% of the total project cost as a cancellation fee.
